Illness Workshop

Living Well With Illness workshops are for people who have any kind of chronic illness and want to increase their self-awareness and understanding.

Living Well with Illness workshops are for people who have any kind of chronic illness and want to increase their self-awareness and understanding.

The workshops are more than simple support groups. They help people explore and challenge accepted attitudes about chronic illness by inviting them to tell their story, reflect on their lived experience, and consider new ways to foster resiliency.

I continue to live. Sometimes illness makes life hard. Sometimes it takes up more space than I would like it to. But it has also given me an ability to be truly happy in the present, being here, and now.
